Inquiry and Booking
Submitting an inquiry through our booking experience does not constitute a confirmed order. All orders are subject to review, availability confirmation, and formal acceptance by Monarch & Grain Co. before production is scheduled.
Deposits and Payments
All deposits collected to secure an event date and begin production are non-refundable. Once a deposit is submitted, your event date and production capacity are reserved specifically for your order.
Remaining balances are due by the payment date specified in your invoice. Failure to complete payment by the stated due date may affect production scheduling.
Pricing and Quotes
All pricing provided during the inquiry phase is guidance only and is not a binding quote. Final pricing is confirmed in writing by a member of the Monarch & Grain Co. team after your inquiry is reviewed and design details are approved.
Delivery and Service Area
Monarch & Grain Co. currently provides delivery-only service within Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and surrounding Southern California areas. Availability is subject to distance, event date, and capacity.
Design and Order Changes
Design adjustments requested after deposit submission may affect final pricing and are subject to feasibility review. Significant changes to the scope or design direction after production has begun may not be accommodatable.
Dietary Accommodations
Specialty dietary accommodations such as gluten-free or vegan options involve ingredient modifications that may affect structure, texture, or pricing. All dietary requirements must be disclosed at the time of inquiry. Monarch & Grain Co. is not responsible for undisclosed dietary needs identified after the order is confirmed.
